My New Year's resolutions for Dreamstone Therapies include the following:

• Starting a monthly Reiki share to be held in Henton House Abergavenny;
• An evening course on meditation;
• Reiki Level 1 and 2 evening classes;
• Organising the start up of The Therapy Exchange;
• Developing a Chakra Balance Programme
