Annual mind, body & spirit show held in Cardiff - loads of stalls & free workshops!!

Mind Body Spirit Festival

This is an annual event held in London during the last week of May and in Manchester in October. I have only attended the one in London and it was well worth the visit. The festival in London generally lasts for 6 days and there are workshops, demonstrations and loads & loads of stalls!! The workshops are usually big names in the MBS arena e.g. Sonia Ducie (numerologist), David Wells (psychic) etc.

If you ever decide to go, take plenty of money as the retail therapy is amazing!!
